I am proud to say that my 2 and half year stay was amazing and the team at direct were so helpful and kind to me I suffered a stroke and they went beyond there call of duty and helped me to fill out forms to sort my benefits out. Any problem with my flat they were prompt in dealing with my repairs . Truely have to say amazing and careing team of people and staff were always great.
